What is clear is that the company sorely needs this slot occupied. The last two earnings calls have been overly Advertising/Panama-centric. Yes, it's critically important, but there's been next to no mention of Yahoo!'s content/Audience. What good is a more efficient ad placement engine, if fewer and fewer people are showing up to look?
