I have been an aol member for many years. My primary reason for using there service as the email and aim services. Perhaps its because I am comfortable with it's abilities, but the email feature seems easier to use than other email services. I read TMZ often and couldn't carry less who owns it. For AOL to remain competitive, keep differentiating and improving your services. And keep promoting your brand, else users won't know what you are offering.

Years ago I stopped using AOL. When they gave away, for free, all those hours of use and then in the fine print said they had to be used in one month, I decided I did not want to do business with people that unethical. Nothing AOL has done has changed my mind since.
