MySpace is 2 1/2 times (0.10%) better at delivering ads to users than Facebook is and it's the ugliest website on the internet. It seems Microsoft is trying to claim back the web, but they don't really seem to understand how. Then again, maybe CTR isn't the whole story. Maybe brand recognition and other things come of social networks. Note: all the figures I've used have been pulled from the web. Who knows how accurate any of it really is, but this seems to be the current consensus. What sane person would buy into the Facebook hype machine? 0.04% CTR?
