Not to mention that even a simple .jpg file must be zipped before sending to AOL subscribers to prevent it from being mangled beyond all recognition.

Not to mention that AOL holds its subscribers' data hostage, offering no way to export address book or other personal information.

Not to mention that AOL continues to bill some customers even after they have somehow managed to cancel their paid subscriptions.

Yes, AOL is a great company to do business with it you can somehow manage to avoid
dealing with them altogether.

I also found it easy to downgrade my payments but even though I'm a LONG time supporter, I still have one huge grip.

I still use the AOL client and pay a monthly fee but they treat my Email as if it was a free Email service.

When you send an Email they add an advertisement for AOL.com.
"Get a sneak peak of the all-new AOL.com"

It's bad enough I have to view ads, but I don't like my Email being a vehicle for their ads.

Next time you say hello to Randy let him know. Even Steve wouldn't have allowed this.
