After watching this video I can only wish to have the just over ten minutes of my life back. The "style" of the interviews literally made me want to vomit. Ms. Swisher, invest in some image stabilization. I felt like I was watching a bizarre cross between The Bourne Identity and a CNET interview. Lastly, Ms. Swisher, please keep your moronic comments about what you like and don't like about corporate culture to yourself. No one cares.

Fun and interesting piece particularly the concepts of "return on involvement" and "conversation marketing." A marketing professor at Drake University, Andy Norman, emphasizes that marketing is everything and that relationships are everything in marketing. Mike Sanson, a blog coach in Des Moines, hammers the notion of "ConverStations" as the beginning and middle of business relatiionships. Of course, as you point out, the challenge is figuring out a way to quantify, and in Facebook's case, monetize those relationships. Fun stuff. Nice mix of text, links and video.
