As for Cammie's departure, one has to ask, "is she fed up with Jerry's intransigence?", or does Jerry think she's not performing at the level that she should? As for the CTO position, I think it would be cool if they brought in Andreas Bectholsheim( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Bechtolsheim ), but I don't know if he'd be interested or even available.
