		<description>I think separating network marketing and customer experience is a bad move.  These two go should go hand in hand.  It&#039;s just asking for trouble.  As for Cammie&#039;s departure, one has to ask, &quot;is she fed up with Jerry&#039;s intransigence?&quot;, or does Jerry think she&#039;s not performing at the level that she should?  As for the CTO position, I think it would be cool if they brought in Andreas Bectholsheim( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Bechtolsheim ), but I don&#039;t know if he&#039;d be interested or even available.</description>
