		<description>Brava, Kara.  How many more management books need to be written before companies realize that a layoff does not equate one to one with increase shareholder value?  Layoffs (in the old days, the last result; in the present, the first) seem to tbe the corporate panacea for all things negatively affecting stock prices, when it&#039;s really down to the core of how are you succeeding in your markets, and are you competitive and innovative?  Yahoo! could have 10 people and still not cured.</description>
