but if idea is to make up for his lack of exp than a Bill Campbell like Coach can be the best solution. he has done the same for  Google guys too.  Someone please suggest this to  Thiel ( I think he is smart enough to figure that out ) 
 
fading out Zuck will be a terribly wrong move . FB  need someone who  is really  compliment him .  and
