One point that you didn&#039;t mention is that the $15bn valuation doesn&#039;t seem to have hindered Facebook&#039;s ability to lure talent. In my opinion that was the most important derivative of the MSFT investment: that the price on it was so high that even under utopian conditions, the company would have to spend 2 years catching up to its own valuation.

From her perspective though, with Google shedding its growth stock valuation skin and approaching planet earth valuation levels, it seems she is choosing the lesser of two evils.</description>
