In contrast, in the computer industry, information is basically free these days, &quot;no information without representaion lol&quot;, etc.  And I almost get the impression that policy is currently what Microsofts bidding point is.

Well, the sweet spot really is the story of the Chinese journalist who got busted via a yahoo account.  Search it on yahoo.</description>
