		<description>Usually, companies only go the &quot;open&quot; route, when they get in trouble.  So, is Yahoo in trouble?  Missing that thrill?  What do consumers want these days?  Ask that question to enough people, and you&#039;ll start to get an idea. Give the consumer what they want.  Do some market studies, go out in the field.  Don&#039;t rely on email.  Go to the people.  That&#039;s my perspective.</description>
