		<description>Hi Kara,?I do not agree with Mr. Berman’s point of view. I highly doubt his understanding of search advertising business. It is not the technology issues; it is the scale issue for both Microsoft and Yahoo. He first wrote an article about how MS-yahoo merger doesn’t make sense at all. And, now he writes that how Yahoo-Google deal is bad. Yet, he doesn’t provide any concrete evidence for anything. Here is an example; if a word “mortgage” costs $15 on google for top listing. And the same word costs $ 7-8 on yahoo. So, there is a potential upside of $4-5 for Yahoo if it were to display adsense ad instead of its own. The price is high on Google because it has 3 times the scale than Yahoo. So, unless Yahoo improves its search query share, it would be difficult to make more money per search without getting help from google.</description>
