I have never understood how the purchase of Yahoo is going to help out Microsoft.

Will combinging the search engines get more people to do search on Microsoft? Why?

Just the name Microsoft turns people off. I’m saying that is deserved, but it is true.

My advice, if Microsoft and Ichan can pull this deal off, is to keep the search in Yahoo’s name.

Yahoo’s institution shareholders should do “Socially Responsible Investmet” and having regard to market integrity and public trust.
Do not playing “soap opera” in illegal hostile taking over control of Yahoo.
They should be held personally liable in abusing securities market.
