Ray Ozzie has already layout all his online strategy, because that is his core task as Chief Architecture. What difference does it make to move him to head of Online division ? The problem with Microsoft's Online division is failure to execute current strategy, caused by indolence of current team. What the new Online chief need to do is to get tough with the division, not to hob nob with them.

Ray Ozzie is a brilliant professional with an extensive career creating innovative technologies. He worked for years in the development of Lotus Notes and Domino. Also he knows how work in team with another talented brains. I think Ray is the right executive to redefine the Microsoft Online Services in the best direction.

When will the Microsoft Board take a stand and realize Ballmer IS the problem with MSFT. Does not anyone find it odd that Ballmer always blames 'the other guy' for his idiotic and dated strategies.' Rid themselves of Ballmer and MSFT will be much more competitive with Google et al. The days of the buffoon must end.
