BTW, Miller hit all 17 of his quarters. He's a smart guy, and yes it's obvious I am a fan, but he's a solid, good, respectable guy who doesn't deserve being sh*tted on by a slimebag like Bewkes...not once but twice!!!

Kara, this is the most concise accurate portrayal of the situation. The thing is, there is no way Yahoo didn't get pre-approval from TWX for Miller to go on the board, so Bewkes does a bait and switch? If I were Bewkes, I would swallow what was left of my pride, and be very, very nice to Jon, he might offer to come back and save the disaster that has been created by Ron Grant and Randy Falco. I hear AOL is missing it's numbers by a huge margin this year, and that all hell is breaking loose in AOL land. Bewkes should never have gotten rid of Jon, certainly not for Randy Falco, a smart guy who doesn't understand anything about the internet, or Ron Grant, the most arrogant person I have ever had the misfortune to meet who knows absolutely nothing about what he is doing. Ron changes search and lost $100MM in one quarter, and I think I am correct in saying that they haven't hit a single quarter since taking over? It has all backfired on Bewkes, and so now Bewkes makes this move that makes him look more desperate, petty, and has screwed any chance of Jerry doing a deal with him.
