A smart guy, but a buffoon who has driven away scores of talent at Microsoft because of his ego and Rasputin the Mad Monk style of management - just a horrid manager. He ahs gotten far too much credit for Microsoft's advancement and too little for his missteps. They are stuck with him given his ownership position in the company.
