With many companies downsizing or outsourcing work, you may also see a decrease in business purchases.</description>

		<description>the whole notion of web 2.0 was a marketing gimmick from tim o&#039;reilly to sell his conference...there is not web 2.0, 3.0, 4.0... the web always evolves is always changing... those who try and point to a moment and say &quot;web 2.0&quot; are by their very nature missing the evolution. unfortunately, many startups believe that having a mirrored logo makes them web 2.0.</description>
