I left out the link to the NY Times story on the layoffs. It is there now. Moore is implying cuts in the reorg, but did avoid the word.

Seems like they could come up with a computer program to write these things and save one more headcount per company.

On a related note, how about Time Warner find a formerly successful high-tech outfit that they could merge with, bleed dry, eviscerate their management ranks and then attempt to sell off?
