Is silent as to whether or not the $250m kill fee gets reduced as a result. I realize Jerry is pretty keen to keeping this deal in tact, but please tell me that even he isn't dumb enough to reduce the term from 10 years to 2 years without getting rid of the outrageous kill fee.
