WSJ is reporting that the revisions limit the term to 2 years and 25% of revenue. Is silent as to whether or not the $250m kill fee gets reduced as a result. I realize Jerry is pretty keen to keeping this deal in tact, but please tell me that even he isn't dumb enough to reduce the term from 10 years to 2 years without getting rid of the outrageous kill fee. I know he wants to keep MSFT away but Jeesh even Jerry can't be that sadistic, can he be?

google and yahoo teaming up is like mcdonalds and burger king bumping and grinding burgers together

now that microsoft has gone away to lick its wounds, yahoo can opt out of this deal and say "our own ad platform is improving and we are sticking with it"
