		<description>The problem Yahoo has isn&#039;t that they keep rearranging the deck chairs, Yahoo&#039;s #1 problem is Jerry Yang.  Jerry is still in charge and until he puts his massive ego on the side, Yahoo will still be a bloated dinosaur that is dying a slow, public and expensive death.</description>
