Doesn&#039;t it strike anyone else as strange that YHOO couldn&#039;t get the new CEO it really wants, or to get him sit on the board because AOL is enforcing a non-compete, but YHOO is bleeding (purple) executives to MSFT by the droves and there doesn&#039;t appear to be a covenant anywhere in sight.  Way to go boys..</description>
