The best thing to happen was no appearance by Yang.  His tenure as CEO was nothing short of a disaster, I mean how does a guy spend $72 million dollars on advisors to turn away fifty billion dollars and then claim that he did all he set out to do.  There is no way to spin exactly how badly Yang damaged YHOO and how far he set YHOO back.  The best decision Carol made was to leave Yang in the cheap seats and watch from afar the results of his mess.</description>
