I thought that after all the bad press it got by using it for phone customer service, it would go away. I only know of two people who use it and that's because they trained their phones for hours to understand their voice. Can you imagine how silly you would look if you used Tellme with a bluetooth headset? Plus that video reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer ends up doing moviefone. "Why don't you just tell me what movie you want to see?" Are companies still trying to do voice recognition?
