		<description>Good luck, that&#039;s gonna be a process to get that done give it about 6 months. I would recommend talking to a supervisor and getting their email, and if they don&#039;t take care of it then keep going up until you get something resolved. Here&#039;s the information for their CEO i found it on a website about complaining about the change of our unlimited phone services.

Please everyone quit your wining, unfortunately most people don&#039;t care and just see it as a job but they do it with a smile is the only difference. I think if you get the media involved it might make a difference but AT&amp;T has been around for so long and know how to successfully to run their business even with all those issues, nothings perfect.</description>

		<description>All these people complaining not to say anything bad to them but unfortunately get used to it because no matter what you will be using AT&amp;T&#039;s phone lines if get other internet services that require a lan line. Until they get fiber optics to the home, well there&#039;s no hope. Unfortunately, fiber optics isn&#039;t perfect it&#039;s based on their system. There are so many customers and there is more everyday , so it takes time and money to create more servers since AT&amp;T is starting to go all IP with their interent, phone and t.v. service. Good luck, it&#039;s either AT&amp;T and time warner until there is a new company that can develop some other resolution. Enjoy til then.</description>

		<description>this employee should not go unnoticed...micael charry&lt;br&gt;ca710932....i cannot tell you how this man stayed on the phone and fixed my computer....he was kind and patient and &lt;br&gt;worked with we when friends said i probably needed a new computer...i joined the tech plus service and i am so happy &lt;br&gt;that i did ....because of michael i will be an attand t customer for life.....mr randall you cannot let an employee like michael go unnoticed....i hope you will contact him and realize what an asset he is to your cimpany...please reply to me....i know your the ceo but you have an employee that is a ceo....i hope you thank him for his work</description>

		<description>AT&amp;T is a big liar.  They sent me a card offering $100.00 if I took their Internet Service, which I did on 10/06/09.  I was sent an e-mail confirming this with the reward tracking number 5210031-q.  I never received the VISA card, and when I contacted your rewards business number, Mona, who claimed to be a supervisor, said I did not qualify for a reward.      Unfortunately, I failed to check the computer for complaints about AT&amp;T--it&#039;s full of just such complaints!  My husband and I have had AT&amp;T phone service for over 50 years--that history is coming to an end.&lt;br&gt;Just to mention in parting, that your company couldn&#039;t be more un-American, you out sourced your jobs to India.  You should have to go there and live!</description>

A couple of weeks ago, at All Things Digital, an industry conference, Randall Stephenson, AT&amp;T’s Chairman, got the audience to snicker and roll eyes. The conference is held by the Wall Street Journal, led by its digital guru, Walt Mossberg and, “by invitation only”, $5K a pop, gathers movers, shakers and wannabes of what is now broadly called the digital media industry. Mr. Stephenson was on stage, answering Walt Mossberg apparently softball questions. But, when you look more closely, Walt applies a trial attorney’s precept: Only ask questions for which you already know the answers, let the jury see how the witness responds. We were the jury as Walt asked the AT&amp;T top dog about its wireless network performance problems. The witness got off to a decent start: “Yes, when the iPhone 3G came out we weren’t ready.” Then, he proceeded to claim things had significantly improved. That’s when the snickering started.
