The WSJ is also something quite apart from the remaining prestigious news content creators. Myspace is looking more and more like an also-ran and Murdock surely must be concluding he bet on the wrong horse that time. I'd love to see something come along and yank the rug out from underneath Facebook, but maybe it needs to come from some direction that doesn't look so much like a me-too already. I'll point out again that none (that I know) of these Murdock properties share a user base at all and they probably all run on isolated infrastructures. Somebody needs to fix that.
