At a significantly lower price than was turned down by Mr. Yang. It's the only winning solution. The recession justifies the lower price. All the business partnership chatter sounds ugly. Walking away is a loss to both. MSFT's stock price already took the hit from lower PC sales. It's as good a time as any to get it right now. GOOG could easily make tier own deal as ORCL and IBM have already. No deal puts MSFT and YHOO on the second tier looking at the third. You just made a case for a buyout of YHOO by MSFT.
