So SAP’s retreat today from its hard line on fighting a copyright infringement suit brought by Oracle caught the eye of Digital Daily’s John Paczkowski, who found it curious that Henning Kagermann, SAP’s chief executive, backed down so suddenly after vowing “We have no intention to settle.”
